Welcome in the world of Luke – a world full of pumped forearms, sweat and the knowledge that in the end all this is rewarded with growing strenght.

Luke is a systemhold which offers you many different training options. You can use that hold normal, 90° or 180° rotated. Therefore you can create different gripping options. You can also put poth holds next to each other to get a  proper Trainingsboard.

One set of Luke consists of two symmetric Systemholds.
